James Fountain is the founder of Fountain Financial Services, Inc.  James began working in the financial services business in 1984. In 1993 he opened Fountain Financial Services, Inc. at the present location at 15 Fifth St. S.E. in Moultrie, Georgia to help clients meet their investment goals as well as life and health insurance needs.

James grew FFSI to include Colquitt Insurance on July 1, 2005.  Colquitt Insurance is the arm of the business that handles property and causality insurance.  This addition allowed clients to create a comprehensive insurance plan for themselves and their property with the help of the FFSI staff.

James Fountain

 

 

James  Dea came to Moultrie in 1982 as a sales representative for Tide Products Agri Chemical Co. After hearing and applying financial principles from Larry Burkett's Crown Ministries to his own life, James pursued the financial services industry. He began to realize the high degree of pleasure and satisfaction from being able to see his clients set and reach their financial goals.

James looks for creative ways to help clients save money on taxes and insurance while living on a budget to enable maximum investment potential.

James obtained his insurance license in 1984 and his securities license in 1987. James graduated from ABAC in 1972 and from the University of Georgia in 1974. He was a county agent with the University of Georgia before entering the ag-chem and financial services industries.

He married his college sweetheart, Deatrice, and they have two children: Jim and Anna.  Jim is married to Deborah and they have four children: Nora, Harrison, Asher and Neil. In January of 2009 Jim joined the family-owned financial services business. Anna and her husband Clint Fleetwood have two daughters, Olivia and Alle.

In 2008 James became a Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) for Dave Ramsey, renowned radio talk show host and author.

James enjoys working in the yard, hunting on his family farm near Macon, renovating the 150 year old farm house and barns and spending time with his family.

 Jim Fountain

Jim joined the family-owned business in January 2009 after living and working in North Georgia after college. He previously worked as a youth pastor and with a private agency to monitor the care of adults with mental disabilities.

Jim recently completed FINRA investment training program and successfully passed the FINRA securities exam Series 6 & 63. In January 2013 he became president of Fountain Financial.

Jim works with clients on retirement, college planning and mutual fund investments. He is also insurance licensed and specializes in life, health, auto and homeowners coverage.

Jim is married to Deborah and they are parents to Nora, Harrison, Asher and Neil. Jim enjoys spending time with his family, playing outside in the evenings with his kids and going to Wild Adventures on the weekends.

Donna Hartsfield

Donna is the Office Manager and Client Service Coordinator for Fountain Financial Services and has been with the firm for over 16 years. Her primary responsibility is to act as liaison between Fountain Financial and the mutual fund and insurance companies. In this role, Donna assists in the processing and tracking of many types of client paperwork including opening new accounts, transferring money between accounts and processing client deposits.  Her responsibilities also involve payroll and compiling internal management reports. Donna acts as "problem-solver and problem-preventer," making our clients’ lives easier. Accuracy and attention to detail are other strong abilities that Donna possesses.  Her careful, systematic approach, comfort in working independently and respect for confidentiality are valuable qualities in the various roles she plays.

Donna holds her license in life, health, property and casualty insurances.

Donna is a lifelong resident of Colquitt County and is married to Chuck. They have two daughters, Charley Hartsfield and Casey English; a son-in-law, Peyton English; and a new granddaughter, Eden Brenna English. Donna enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling little Eden, reading, and playing tournament softball with her team THREAT.

Isabel Nunez

Isabel is the newest member of the FFSI team, coming on board in September 2013 as a Client Service Representative. Isabel helps clients find the best policy to meet their coverage needs for home, auto, and business insurance. Isabel is bilingual and is very excited to help the Spanish community.

Isabel moved from Winter Haven, FL where she worked for State Farm as an Auto Claims Adjuster for 7 years.

Isabel's greatest joy is her 3 sons Christian, Aiden, and Ethan.
